Reasonably large and air-conditioned room, everything was beautiful. Good and incredible location, easy walk to Pasaje de la Revolucion. - Extensive breakfast with beans and gluten or lactose, for example. - Top-class staff.

Spacious building and rooms with comfy single beds 🛏️. You'll be smack dab in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore around here. Great spot for starting your adventures.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and were really nice too ensure my comfort. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to downtown attractions and in a calm area outside of the city center. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a brief 5-minute walk to the center. The rooms were also wonderful. We were able to easily enjoy dinner at Los Almendros, which was conveniently located just steps away. Additionally, having on-site parking made our stay even more convenient.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the center of attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a large pool to enjoy. it is a great choice for a family with kids visiting the city.
The decorative pillows and sheets were dirty and needed to be changed.

The breakfast was extensive for what was on offer with beans and also gluten or lactose. Thoroughly enjoyed the location in Merida downtown. Have stayed here many times and would love to stay here again: )

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in Merida City central area, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The location in a calm area outside of the city center provided a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff at this place were incredibly service oriented and very keen to help sort out any issues, which was wonderful. The room amenities were top-notch, with features like air conditioning, in-room safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring enhanced comfort during my stay. Additionally, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, amenities, and location make it a fantastic choice for a stay in Merida.
